Hey Guys...Is this normal

Do the wall textures normally shimmer like this. Can't recall if they have always been this way or maybe something's wrong with my pc.

Also, it's not just the wall textures because foliage seems to shimmer or crawl whenever I move.

Nothing wrong with that video on my end. Check under Steam for Video driver updates. Any graphic/texture mods installed? Check load order in data files Texture packs before Dawnguard and Hearthfire. I believe there are some Hi Res texture packs that can cause a few problems. Hope this helps.

What GPU you running? Could just be a matter of fine tuning your settings.

Fresh Install of the game with just the Live another life mod. Video card is a gtx 670 but I'm ruling out a gpu problem because the same issue occurs when I use my bro's gtx 660. I'm also guessing it's normal because I popped in my xbox version of skyrim and the issue can be seen there as well. Maybe it's just my eyes getting used to the motion shimmer when moving because I never noticed it before.

I'm gonna try and foce AA through the NCP and see if that helps.

try disab;ing the motion/radial blur in the display options. no more seasick
