It's quote of J6M his post, dunno if it helps.
If not maybe your graphic card isn't supported. Does it have enough memory and do you have enough RAM? Have you checked your gamefiles to see if some are missing/corrupt? (right click skyrim-properties-local files-cache integrity)
Does the crash occur in certain environments, after loading screen,...? You can play windowed mode to be able to check your task manager(ctrl+alt+delete) at the same time to check performance (sometimes your CPU will be hanging at 100%) and check the usage of memory (RAM)
If u can locate the problem you can search the FAQ's.
Lowering your screen size and set everything on low might be a good start to see if the problem is caused by anything graphical.
taskkill /F /IM TESV*
That should force close skyrim, if your computer isn't completely frozen.
