I CANT ENTER AN AREA WITHOUT CRASH!

Since yesterday I have not been able to access the area above Falkreath surrounding Pinewatch and Lakeview Manor (from hearthfire), there are quests and lots of my gear in my house there and I need access desperately. I would prefer not to go back to an old save since I ahve done a lot since I discovered the bug, thanks in advance :)
