Hearthfire... I feel ripped off

Lets get this out of the way right now... I am in love with the concept of hearth fire i absolutely love it... i love everything about the idea of it...

i feel like bethesda stole my money... they sold me a unfinished product... at first my house wouldnt appear as i built it... nothing worked... then when i messed with it long enough i got the hosue up... but now every time i build somthing it doesnt appear.

Like my childs bed.. half the time i build it and then turn to look at my new beds and only one is there and iv noticed every time i build a piece of fernature and then look at it half the time it doesnt appear when i go lookign for it

iv also tried paying my stewert to buy it for me but.. i run to the room like a kid on christmas to see my new fernished rooms seconds after i pay him and only to find the same bare room...

I have uninstalled all my mods too... still didnt work

try going into the data files and turn hearthfire off then on again. that might work. if it doesn't then i think your installation or download got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up

Do you have Dawnguard? If yes, is this before Hearthfire in the data files?

There have also been some threads relating to Wildlife mods respawning creating problems with the houses being built.

Also Unoffical fix mods are a plenty on the interwebs and steam, They have done me wonders with my full game quit when a kid i adopted would run up to me inside the house

fix your load order....it should go skyrim, update, texture packs, dawnguard, hearthfire

umm i have a question... how do you change the load order? i just drop things in the deta folder and then click the check marks in the launcher...


also why is it when i uncheck ALL mods except for ones i cant uncheck like Ultimate fallower overhall or risk losing my partners i have waiting for me at the deinty sload... but how come when i uncheck them all the problems still consist...

should hearth fire be at the top or bottom

Hearthfire should be at bottom, if you got no mods.

If you have mods, hearthfire should be at bottom of important ones, but should be on top of all the mods. Typically Official -> Unofficial patch -> other mods.

I think your unofficial hearthfire patch should be higher (like right after hearthfire), for one thing, but I couldn't tell you if that's relevant to your problem.

If you're using a lot of mods, BOSS[code.google.com] can take a lot of hassle out of ensuring they're in order. It sorts them itself, and you'll basically only have to worry about mods it doesn't recognise.

Right now im trying it over and over and over again with NO mods installed at all! not a single one.... there all unchecked.. what could be causing this now?
They are in the deta files but none are checked
