Cannot find skyrimeditor.ini

I have looked in the correct skyrim files multiple times in steamapps/common/skyrim. But i cannot find the skyrimeditior.ini, can anyone help?

If you haven't already try launching the editor at least once.

Launch the Creation Kit once if you haven't so it can create the SkyrimEditor.ini.
