The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Breezehome with Hearthfires installed has crashed
After I purchased all all-on of the brzzedhome from the steward(including the children's room and a table which can make poisons), it crashed when I tried to enter it. Then I tried to enter it without purchase any add-on. It still crashed. I didn't install any mod that has any connection to breezehome but the three Unoffical Patch (Skyrim, Dawnguard, Heartfire). Do they have conflict to the breezehome? I have found something on other forum that players faced the same problem without install the Unofficial Patch.

just find the save before u purchased all add-ons to the house, go in the house then get the last add-on, then use console commands to get ur items back. the command is player.additem 'item code' then how manyof them u want. just look the item codes up online
I mean I cannot get into the house without touching and changing anything in it.
Also, my meaning of 'add-on' is the dacorations of the house. I think I use the wrong word. Sorry.
i face the same problem , does the above solution work on pc as well?
I tried to unload the Unoffical Hearthfires Patch and it still crashed. How can I possiblely to solve this?
After my testing, I found out that hearthfires.esm is the source of this crash. Unload all unoffical patch didn't help anything. Anyone can help me?
Wow everybody ignore this topic and no one can help me? Has this forum died already?
Nah, it didn't, but it seems nobody can help you, sorry. Normally a modification is the source of crashes, but if you only added the unofficial patches ... I own Skyrim with both addons and added a whole lot of mods to my list, including the three unofficial patches and Breezehome doesn't crash for me.
Your loadorder is correct, I guess? From top to bottom: Dawnguard.esm;HearthFires.esm;Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp;Unofficial Dawnguad Patch.esp;Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp
Also try validating your gamefiles. If this doesn't help, delete the local files and redownload Skyrim.
The same thing happened to me. I think it happens after you remove the alchemy lab and replace it with a childs room. I reloaded a previose save without the childs room and it works fine.
Remove all mods that add clutter, change lighting or edit interior spaces in any way as they might edit breezehome.
The problem is caused by a mod editing the entrance to breezehome (The link between the world spaces). The game is trying to go to a world space that no longer exists because of the hearthfire DLC.

I didn't install any mods that change the breezehome, including the entrance.

I tried to unload all those unoffical patches and loaded the Hearthfire dlc only. it's still crashing. Anyway thanks to your help. I will just play skyrim without HF. Sorry for my bad word to steam forum.
I can tell you the unofficial patch is what is crashing skyrim after you install heartfire.

They even tell you that on the mod site
