What is your favorate Hearthfire House?

I have been looking around for a long time, I first unlocked the ability to buy lakesview manor but got creeped out after seeing necromancers, skeletons, vampire attacks, massive graveyards, and other strange things so I decided to google what the others where like....
If you can please list a reason why haha

Well, at first I built the home next to Solitude, but I thought the swamp there was no good for the kids. they even said it was creepy there. Since I wanted to live where its green and not snowy, I chose lakeview manor. The necromancer down there is dead and you get "visitors" at every of the houses. It's part of the DLC. A houscarl keeps away most of the scum.

If you like this, theres a mod adding walls to lakeview manor. I didn't like it because a city-wall around a single house is way o much, but it seems to get lots of users. You have to build the wall (with guards) at the crafting table. Called "Improved Lakeview Manor".

Id like to have a dragon pearch for odalfin outside my lake view manor house, you know hes just sitting there and hanging out(homebase) so in the event of bandits thinking about evading they might think twice before hand. If not a dragon maybe a couple of Giants? no? What if I could manufacture Dwarven Centurions, spiders, etc for guard duty?

Awesome then, I will go with lakeview manor and use mods for guards, I think I can build my town from tundra defense near it....
