Suggestions for good games with modding capabilities and ragdoll deaths?
Hello, I know the question might be strange. But, I do like my ragdoll. I just find it funny, instead of death animations like in tons of games (Morrowind, for example. But Morrowind is good). There are some games I forgive it for because they came before my liking of ragdoll, like Jedi Academy and Morrowind. But here is my question; What are some suggestions for pc games with modding capabilities (similar to skyrim or fallout 3, perhaps) that also include native ragdoll capabilities? Some games I already have for this topic are the Elder Scrolls games (newer ones, and yes Morrowind), the new Fallout games, Mount and blade (all 3), unreal tournament 2004 and UT3, STALKER (all 3), and GTA IV, that is my general list. Those are examples of games I am looking for, with mods backing them up and ragdoll animations to go along with it. I don't know why, I just like ragdolls. They're fun. BUT if you also have suggestions for games that have great mods backing them up and don't have ragdoll animations (Neverwinter nights, jedi academy, etc.) I will gladly hear those too. I am just curious if I am missing any good pc games that have these qualifications, and are tucked away. Thanks for the help!

hm... Far Cry 3?
If you liked Neverrwinter Nights I would also suggest Dragon Age: Origins (though that one doesn't really have any ragdoll physics).

Far Cry 3 can be modded with more than just UI and whatever other little tweaks they got? Huh, never knew... But yeah I also have Dragon Age, forgot to mention. Thanks for the tip! I'm just curious to find games of this criteria, as I havent found a thread like it previously on the internet that is this exclusive. Thanks!

http://farcry.nexusmods.com//?

Otherwise I think it's a bit hard to finds any more games with both of these criteria... Only other one I can possible think of is "vampire, the masquerade - bloodlines". That game doesn't really have any "official" mod tools as far as I'm aware, but it does have a really dedicated fanbase. Aside from the unofficial patches (that are still being released to this day - Activision rushed the game out, and then the devs, Troika, went out of business, so it was up to the fanbase to fix allt he bugs), there are also a few, but larger mods that adds a bit of extra quests and the like.

If you like games like elder scrolls, Fallout, and Deus ex, you will likely love the above game. Just make sure to get the unofficial patches.

The Witcher 2, the official modding tool is in beta right now and shall be released onto Steam soonish. That said, that game can already destroy graphic cards without mods.

You need a good computer to run it on ultra without lag. If you want a comparison, my old 7 year old computer (which recently broke, but thats another story) could run skyrim on high, unless I was fine with only getting 30 FPS on ultra. When I tried to play witcher 2 however, I had to play around with the video settings to play on medium with shadows tuned off to get a decent framerate.

There is an Xbox360 version which is severely downgraded (took CDProject like 6 months to downgrade it to fit in Xbox360).

Witcher 2 will get modding tools? Hmm, I think that'll be good for the long run, I hope it gets new armor/weapons/stuffs like that, I don't plan on getting any witcher games until I get a new desktop computer (got this laptop with nvidia 330M card and intel i5, I think its showing its age recently) but its good to hear they'll get modding tools for what I hear is a fantastic game.
