Morrowind. Why? More unique world, interesting storyline, guilds etc. More honestly, because it was the first one I played. (also was the game the got me into modding :))

Skyrim is a very, very close second place.

I grew up with Oblvion and I was really bias against Skyrim because it removed so much character upkeep from previous TES games.

Skyrim and with a lot of immersion type mods like Frostfall and RN&Ds and many others really help me love TESV over the rest. Without these mods vanilla Skyrim is very bland and really misses a lot in the game that should've been essential elements for the game or even just options by default.

I think that by adding these necessities in the game such as water, food and sleep and the dangers of enviormential factors such as frezzing to death and or not staying warmed; breaks that repeative gameplay with esscorting X npcs here or go fetching x item it breaks that horrible cycle that you see so much of in any RPGs with a more strategical approach and much better character involment overall.

Morrowind > Skyrim > Oblivion.

Oblivion by far.

Detested Oblivion. Got a redeemable token for Skyrim ago as part of a bundle. Was hooked on the game thereafter. Altered my low esteem for the series. Skyrim hence earns my award for favorite.

Whole heartily agree.
Ditto that.Although I cant mod to save my life and I have played all TES games,Morrowind and Skyrim are my choice.I only played Oblivion once all the way through, maybe I should give it another playthrough sometime.

I think Oblivion use to be my favorite because It was when I built my very first computer and spent crazy money on a 7900GT which was like close to 300USD back then. It was also my first real open world game and I remember so many things about it and the hype watching the countdown trailers which they never did with Skyrim by the way :/ and this one guy Craig from Gamespot was live streaming a marathon of TESIV the night of release. It was super fun.

Daggerfall; the sheer amount of factions to join, the immense amount of cities, the ability to buy boats, the ability to have a cart with a horse to carry my gear, the ability to go to trial, lie through my teeth and get out of any charges and simply the sheer SIZE of the world map.

Started TES with Skyrim. Bought and tried to play Oblivion afterwards but it just felt empty by comparison (and the ludicrous speech mini-game). That said, from what I read, the factions were handled better in previous titles, with actual consequences.

Yeah, join the Morag Tong and you'll actually be hated by some factions. Or join the Mages Guild and most native Morrowind factions will be a lot less nice to you.

In Skyrim the guards still ask you if you fetch the mead as Harbinger.

Morrowind, because of the feel of the world and the story line.

Morrowind, because it got me into the Elder Scrolls, into modding and into an awesome community.
