health Becoming Zero after sleep

after finishing the mission on defeating poterma, I slept on my house on Solitude and after it, my health becomes -1870. any help on this?

Your dead but don't know it? Have you checked your Physical Effects to see what is causing this. Have you visited a shrine?

Therre are no Physical Effects in m character but I'll Try to go to a shrine but where?

if you over sleep you die especially if you drink too much skooma, and if you are married in game or have kids from hearthfire there is a good chance they poisioned your mead so they could get your inheritance, but dont worry it happens to alot of people!

Most of the larger cities have temples with healing shrines. Whiterun/Temple of Kynareth. Riften/Temple of Mara. Solitude/Temple of the Divines. Just check on your local map when in a hold capital.

Still my health is 0/-1870 after going to the shrines. Does it mean that I have to start all over again?

If verifying your game made no difference to your status (have you tried at all).
Only other thing I can suggest is that you take multiple health potions to get your health level up a bit then do a save immediately after potions have taken effect. Exit and restart to see if this made any difference.

after using so many potions for healing I died, I saw something like light when fighting poterma.
thats what happened then all my potions are gone after that. Still gonna Restart the Game?

Sorry I'm a bit confused here, did you save while the potions were taking effect or after the potion effect wore off? Regardless if you 'died' your game should automatically revert to your last saved game.
It sounds more like a corrupt file. Personally I would delete your last saves back to when you were still healthy, exit game and verify your files. Good luck.

OR, if using the potions kill you, try opening console (~ key) and type tgm, use the potions until health is above 0, then open console and type tgm again. If you don't die, it should be fixed... should...
