Deer Poison?
Are there any poisonous consumables in nature that could cause a deer to die if they ate them? I noticed a deer die in front of me all of the sudden without anything hitting it. I found some edibles in his tummy, so was really curious.

I have never heard of that, so I'm going to say no. I could be wrong though. Do you have any mods installed?

It's possible it may have died of a disease caused by being attacked by a Mudcrab.

Maybe an Orc hunting party shot it, but their arrows didn't render. Or maybe it was a physics glitch and the forces of Mundus conspired to rend its tiny soul from its body. Either way, spooky.

Did you ever die from a kettle? The same thing probably happened to the deer with something else.
