If you are looking for more shouts to collect, venture into various caves and tombs..... just about all of them, especially the more elaborate tombs and caves, have shout words at the end you can learn.
You can also talk to the Greybeards to get them to mark a shout location on your map. Once you get that shout you can go back to them and they'll mark another one for you.
If you get all the shouts available and have a pile of dragon souls left just sitting around doing nothing, there's a mod you can get that allows you to convert your dragon souls to perks:

then spend dragon souls to unlock it. if you have available dragon souls, you sroll over that particular shout and press r. if you have no available dragon souls, kill a dragon.
