The article is written by a journalist, not a registered dietitian. It sounds contradicting since I'm just a random person on steam forums, but I'm going by what I've learned from an R.D., nutrition course I took at my university, which is linked to credible sources.
When I say Vegans are not healthy, I am not just going by that small article. Also, vegans do have to take supplements. The fact they have to take pill shows the diet is not good enough, so you don't need a university course to know that.
I don't eat processed foods anyway, I stay away from that crud.
I'm not anti-supplement, I am just anti basing a whole diet around pills.
