Dialouge Problem
Whenever I try to speak to the steward of whiterun or the general store owner they respond with the generic "hello" as opposed to opening the dialouge options. Can anybody tell me what the problem may be?

Have you added/deleted anything after you were able to speak to the Jarl? Suggest you try a game cache verification.

i have the same problem but only withcertain merchants.
i have done several game cach verifications but nothing hapens to the merchants
