Report a translation problem
look for that, first.
if it's not a mod issue, try verifying your cache.
if it still doesn't work, try running it in windowed mode. for some reason that works sometimes, don't ask why. if that works, there's simple borderless windowed mod.
when all fails, i think you'll have to reinstall it. :(
This means you have a mod activated that needs a mod that you disabled, it's "requirement" is not loaded so the game crashes.
Use Wrye Bash: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1840
When you open the app it will show in red the mods that it's requirements are not enabled.
after that, just install all the mods you had in your last working save again and pray to sheogorath that it may work.
NMM is easier, though.

NMM stands for Nexus Mod Manager.
and as cr1me said, you won't delete your saves by accident, as they are not in your steam folder.
There should be a folder in there called Skyrim
just delete the whole skyrim folder there to ensure that you get a clean new install.
