Huge frame drops at random areas

hey guys, I'm getting huge frame drops from 120 down to 15. No idea what's going on, might be due to the new drivers (Nvidia anyway). Played it on a MacBook about a week ago and no problem. Now on my desktop with GTX 680 EVGA SC SIG 2 and i5 @ 4.4. Have around 30 mods running but also had that on the Mac with no problem.

I get the same problem as well. I find saving/quiting and then reloading game to work just fine. It's annoying but it works for me.
