Is it just me or...
The Skyrim screenshots are broken down as follows. 5% Beauty of Skyrim, 5% funny situations, 5% cool new mods... and 85% half naked females in high rez textures. Seriously though, where's the content folks?

Don't start this again...it will just get flamed.

I am unaware that I started anything, I rarely if ever use the forums. Just pointing out the obvious sir.

Your right, that all people really want to see, IT SUCKS
Wintergeist 11 MAY 2013 a las 19:13
if you don't like - don't look
Yeah, it's tricky having experienced this topic, then someone like yourself who's new to it comes along...I'm just pointing out...it gets really heated and can just end up in a flame war.
[EDIT] I'm outta here.

I don't know, man. Why don't you make your own content instead of complaining?

I don't think many, if any, of us are complaining about this stuff because we think it's offensive. We're complaining because it does not fit or belong.

It's like Jar Jar Binks in Star Wars.
It's sparkling vampires in Twilight.
It's annoying like hipsters and DubStep.

For example... I want to get a hair texture mod. The hair textures in Skyrim ARE the worst textures in the game. Bar none. But every hair mod that has been made, makes everybodies hair look like they just stepped out of a hair salon. This is SKYRIM! A land being CRUSHED under the iron heel of empire and civil war.

People should be gritty, dirty, grungy... I just want better resolution to the hair textures. I don't want everybody walking around with a Justin Beiber haircut.

We're not stamping feet and demanding that this kind of content disappear. Further more there is one topic "Complaining" in these forums per day. It's not like 40% of the posts are complaints on this... It does however seem that 40% of the new mod content for Skyrim has something to do with a bikini being called "Armor"... So don't get indignant when you see a simple complaint.

Cuz these mods are like WWF on the SyFy Channel. It simply does not belong, and this is going to be pointed out by people whom care about lore in Skyrim.

lore is no rule. it is a point of view.

Bikini's in a Permafrost just don't work. It's the laws of nature.

We're going to continue to disagree on this one, my friend.

but it is not real life it is fantasy. sorry to disapoint you. fantasy has nothing to do with reality

Sure, but there is going to be some contraversy when things simply don't make sense. Look at the contraversy that was stirred up with the end of Mass Effect 3. A Fantasy game to be sure... But, hundreds of dollars and hundreds of hours of choices and gameplay only to get the ME3 ending? Red, Green, Blue...

It just didn't make sense. And people were going to call that out. (Viva la Indoctrination Theory!)

The difference is, unlike Mass Effect 3 (where we were all stuck with that less than stellar ending) no one is forcing you to have permafrost bikini's in your game. I might think it's a bit silly too, but their choices are really none of our concern.

As far as reality? It's a game with magic, aerodynamically impossible dragons, walking skeletons and bipedal talking cats and lizards...

There are plenty of people posting landscapes and other images. Find and promote them if you'd like to see more of those types of images.
