Should I buy it before legendary Edition comes out?

Skyrim is only 12 dollars at Gamersgate. Should I buy it now with DLC's? Since Legendary Edition is going to cost 60 Bucks as soon as it comes out, and If I buy it now with DLC's It will cost just about the same. Also, will legendary edition be supported by the workshop. Will vanilla skyrim lose support as soon as legendary edition comes out?

skyrim does have some issues but i highly recomend getting the legendary edition by disc so that way it would be easier to reinstall if you ever encounter problems that force you to reinstall but i also recomend getting the game it is by far one of the best rpgs ever in my personal opinion but i dont know if vanilla will lose workshop support

No need to get it on disc for easy re-install. You can goto your Steam Window after a fresh install... Click "Steam" and select "Backup and Restore Games..." Then make a local backup of vanilla. You'll be able to revert to a fresh install faster than if using a DVD.

yup, I've been doing this on all of my games.

Still, you guys think its better to wait for the Legendary Edition?

If it's 12 bucks for vanilla, then 45 for all the dlc, that comes down to 57 bucks. Probably almost 60 with tax, I'd just get legendary if I were you. It'll be cleaner to organize.

The legendary is what was part of the last update, might as well get the game and dlc's on sale and let the game update. You will then have the legendary file.
