I heard 1.9 made lips and eyes work wonky. I'm at least seeing the lip syncing problem right now (no way in hell I'm starting up Dawnguard quests with this bug).

My problem is a bug that it does is that I approach to water begins to swim on the floor and the water begins to change the color and I can't do anything (talk, fight...) when the bug appear. Can you help me? :)

ok, mi problema es que cuando me acerco al agua, mi personaje empieza a nadar por el suelo y el agua empieza a parpadear, por asi decirlo, y cuando esto ocurre no puedo interactuar ni nada por el estilo, solo ver a mi personaje intentando nadar en el suelo

That sounds like a very strange bug. It makes more sense, but I want to try to understand something: Your character cannot move when they get in water, and the water flickers? Have you tried updating your video card? / Tu personaje no puede moverse cuando están en el agua, y los parpadeos de agua? ¿Ha intentado actualizar la tarjeta de vídeo?

i thing the problem are connected with your graphic card, waht graphic you have?

When my character get into the water, can move, but the water change the color, like a disco, and when my character see the water, it begins to swim on the floor.
I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 660, and how i can update the graphic card?
