Your load-order might be messed up. Post it and we'll take a look.

I just deleted all my mods just as you commented. It works now, but does this mean I can not play skyrim with mods?

Not at all, it just means your load-order was jacked up and the game choked. When you install mods always open the launcher (the little blue screen that appears before you start the game) and click Data Files. A pop-up menu will open and show a list of all your mods, this is your load order. In general it should look like this:
Texture Pack 1.esm
Texture Pack 2.esm
Texture Pack 3.esm

Then if any of your mods have the extention .esm use the up / down buttons to move them below the texture packs, or below Update if you do not use the texture packs.

After that, the rest of your mods should end with the extention .esp. If there is a small misake here, someetimes the game can ignore it and load anyway. But if there is a mistake with the .esm files the game will usually crash. Remember, .esm files must always load before .esp files.

Or you tryed to set up a mod that has some prerequirments that you don't have. Pro tip: keep a "Mod Log" in a text file with time/date stamps on when skyrim has worked properly and then you know which mods you may have to delete. Delete all the new mods then redowload them ONE by ONE to check which one is giving you problems. A pain I know but its what you got to do.

Oh and also if you have any mods that require SKSE and/or SKYUI make sure you have those installed properly.
