No bound arrows?

So my conjuration mage/assassin depends on his bound bow. Now, in the middle of a fight with a dragon (and a wispmother), summoning the bow doesn't summon any arrows.

I can't find anything useful about this on the web - wondering if anyone knows why it's suddenly doing this, or how to fix it other than console commands...

Usually when you summon the bow you also get 100 arrows, so if they are not appearing it could be a mod interfering. Otherwise IDK.

Thanks. Have actually played around in game, and it seems the arrows are being 'summoned' slightly after the bow. Sometimes I get no arrows, sometimes 100, and occasionally 200+. I've played through 35 levels without changing mods, so I'll put it down to one of the features of the game...
