high-res pack

i downloaded the high-res pack for my skyrim and put it on the top of mod load list and i see no difference at all.
anyone know how and why?

It does made a change but not much. It's free after all.

Because you did it incorrectly. The texture packs need to be below the DLCs.

What everyone is sayin nothing goes above Skyrim esm or DLC esm files they have to load first than it's a shooting match with the rest of the mods you load lol.Try the mod BOSS it will help you with your load order.Or like i do trial and error and still have 87 mods runnin with no CTD do to the mods.Also can your pc handle hi rez just sayin or it depends on what the object is it just maybe a very slite change.
