- the insane number of weapon variations
- weapons losing enchantments and upgrades
- and the wall itself just mysteriously and randomly becoming a giant static deadspot.
He eventualy gave up. I think most people now just settle for using weapon racks, but even those will start to glitch if there are too many in one cell. Plus weapon racks will usually also hold your custom modded weapons.
If you feel like doing a little searching, there may be reasources for a weapon wall on the nexus site, or if you're lucky maybe someone has gotten one to function properly. Can't hurt to take a look.
All of my wall mounted weapons are fine and I've been using a same character for months. Nothing have been disappeared or "un"-enchantered.
Racks etc seem pretty hit and miss for some people. Up to a few weeks ago all were fine in my game, and now not a single vanilla one will function lol. Mod created ones, or ones I make myself - fine. Vanilla, nope. After a lot of testing and a couple reinstalls I've found it's not a mod issue, more something in the base game. There've been odd glitches with them since day one..
