Mods for random items normally have no requirement that impacts load-order. Are you saying that you can not find and activate the mod itself? Or are you saying you can not find the item ingame?

If you can't find the item ingame, you can check that the mod is working by opening the console and typing help god and the game will show you a list of everything with "god" in the name. If it's a big list, use the PageUp / PageDwn buttons to scroll the list. If your mod is working you will see somthing like this:

armo: the god shield 06006436
weap: the god bow 06006435

I made-up those numbers, but in your game the numbers will be the ID codes of the items. That means the mods are functioning. Also, once you see the real code in your game, you can type player.additem 06006436 1 (for example) and it will add the shield into your inventory.

I believe you can also click on data files on the skyrim launcher and see a list of you mods and dlc content. correct me if I'm wrong anybody, anyway just check to make sure the mod is there and check marked if it is.

This is one of the most helpful and concise responses to a problem I have seen this week.

They are in the data list,Checked,I got the god sheild ok,but the god bow is supposed to be on the skyforge where I got the sheild, but it's not there and it's not listed to make on the forge. I also found the amulet of Dragon Shouting where it was supposed to be.Haven't found the 7 sky forge weapons.

In cases like that (where items are placed into the open world), NPC's will sometimes pick things up, so someone may have taken it when the cell loaded. It is also sometimes an issue that if you activate a mod that adds an item to the world while you are standing in the affected cell the games physics engine will cause the item to move. Sometimes things just fall from a table or shelf, other times items can be hurled hundreds of feet away.

If it was supposed to be sitting of the forge, try checking to see if it fell down into the fire. Or use the console method I mentioned before to just spawn a new one into your inventory.
