Skyrim won't load, it was perfect last night and nothing changed
It just loads forever, I left it on for 5 minutes and said forget it. Last night it took only around 15 seconds to load with my mods. Now, NOTHING CHANGED and it will not load. I have an ssd with 500MB/s read/write so I doubt it's the ssd, since everything else loads instantly.

I changed literally nothing, is there a fix to this or do I have to delete skyrim?

That's a very common issue if your game is overloaded with mods. It can happen to the vanilla game too, but it's uncommon. Try loading from a previous save.

tried quite a few, still won't work, but as I said before, I was playing perfectly yesterday and now all of a sudden it won't work. Absolutely nothing changed.

Nothing has to change. If anything goes wrong when/while you save your game (a script that shouldn't be there, for instance), the game goes bananas; hence why I suggested loading from a previous save.

Try deactivating a few script-heavy mods that aren't important in order for the game to function. Try reloading from different saves (you should have AT LEAST ten save files at a time).
Try reinstalling Skyrim (you won't lose your mods).

Also, check how big your save file is on mydocumments/mygames/skyrim. It should be within 10MBs. Also check in cronological order if the size increases too much (i.e., from 7MB to 70MB). If the change is too drastic, something is bloating your save.

Just checked they're all 4.5MB, doubt that's it. Also I can't load ANY save or start a new game, I'll re download skyrim now.

Well, then it's almost definitely one of your mods. Maybe with the latest patch one of them broke. Like I said, give it a try. Deactive some script-heavy mods and try to load a save.

You said nothing changed, but sometimes the game locks at the loading screen because it tries to find a mod you deactivated. Are you SURE nothing changed?

I'm 100% sure because all I did between it working and it failing was restart my pc and launch the game.
