That load order is wrong. First Skyrim.esm, then Update.esm, then the official DLC, THEN the Unofficial Patches, as follows:
Skyrim.esm
Update.esm
Dawnguard.esm
Dragonborn.esm
Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp
Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp
Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp
Loading the USKP before Dawnguard and Dragonborn is especially wrong.
Actually, saves are dependant on *any* mod containing scripts, this is not an issue with the unofficial patches alone. This also applies to a number of scripts-free mods that alter game settings and such, those will be baked into the save permanently.
The load order being the same as the release dates above is not incidental: the DLC are made so that records in newer DLC intentionally override those in older DLC. Either switch two of those or put something else in between containing conflicting records and the game won't work as intended.
Of course, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I've yet got to encounter a mod that causes issues unless an unofficial patch is included.
