Skyrim Crashes Then Unresponsive
I downloaded the current update yesterday and resumed my play of Skyrim. I have been playing Dawnguard DLC and as I played, Skyrim crashed my computer 3-4 times while playing. Then, as if that wasn't enough, Skyrim will not even start at all. I did the ctrl, alt, del to shut down the unresponsive application. I have tried removing all local content and downloading it from the cloud which had no effect. I am not a huge gamer and may not understand some of your suggestions but I need to know what I need to do to fix the thing so I can resume play.

Download CFF Explorer and use it to allow TESV.exe to handle more than 2gb of RAM. (SEARCH UP A TUTORIAL)

Is there a way to just download CFF Explorer without getting a bunch of other junk with the download. I need a clean download. Or, is there a registry hack that I can go to in regedit to accomplish the same thing. I downloaded CFF Explorer from a number of reliable sites but along with the D/L came some other stuff that was time consuming to get rid of. Thanks in advance.
