Very intersted in this thread, if you don't mind tharp76 I can help answer questions. I'm a Lore junkie when it comes to The Elder Scrolls games.

While this is fairly new concept, and is a pretty hard question, can you explain to me how Anu is the Amaranth? As in, how can a being who is considered a non-sentient being and is the force of stasis, which is not similar to what a dreamer is, since in a dream many things are changed. I can totally understand you not being able to answer this question, I'm not even sure if anybody besides MK knows.

The two moons are said to be dead peices of the ancient being Lorkhan who got the Aedra to give part of themselves to create Nirn, some think they might be former planes of Oblivion that died, truthfully, nobody knows.

I know, I mean all the Skyrim lore part of Elder Scrolls Lore and there was lore on Skyrim before the game, you don't seperate lore into parts like the games.

Yeah, I figured. Some of the lore when you really get into it is crazy. I don't think looking that up would even help. Though I do know a fair bit of lore, so I could help too.

The Argonian tribal government is the oldest one still alive, they are one of the few races, others being Khajiit and Imga, that are native to Tamriel. The Hist rule the Argonians.

How old are the elder scrolls? I know they are just used as a plot device but I am interested in getting some information on the Ancestor Moth Monks their involvement with the Dwemmer.

I believe they are considered older then the current Kalpa, or to say, older then the current timeline. Alduin ends the Kalpa, returning everything to Convention, a bit after Nirn is formed. The Elder Scrolls survive through the Kalpas, since they are magical to the max.
