Falskaar on Nexus. Its huge, lots of quests. Wyrmstooth in the workshop. Might have been moved to the Nexus, but check WS first. Its also large. If you're looking for a player home, check out Caranthir Tower on the WS, but it might also have been moved to the Nexus.
