PenUmbra, inexplicable weapon and no known source

I've scoured the internet and only one person, ONE has referred to the PenUmbra blade found on Umana's body. It can't be sold in shops, it's obviously not supposed to be in the vanilla script, but it is. So WHAT is it? I haven't found any answers or even any questions about this sword. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I'll upload a screenshot.

I've uploaded a screenshot of the sword in my inventory, you can see it by checking out my profile and viewing my screenshots. And it doesn't make any sense. Umana's only scripted to have Targe of the Blooded. Is this an easter egg? Is that why there is no public information on it?

It's probably coming from a mod.

Like Immersive Weapons? That is the only mod I have installed that puts non-vanilla weapons in the game and it definitely does not claim responsibility. I just want to know if anyone else has ever seen this weapon, know what it is and where it came from.

it is immersive weapons it adds loads of weapons from oblivion

Drop the weapon, open the console, click on the weapon.

You'll see the weapon's name and an 8 digit number.

The first two digits are the load order number of the mod its from (in hexidecimal).

Convert that to decimal, and count down your mod list - that's the mod that made it available in game.

I've found the PenUmbra (or Umbra) in the Treva's Watch some time ago, it's in Riftien Hold just southwest of Ivarstead. If you follow the river from Ivarstead to Riften it'll be on the north side of the river.
Somewhere outside the owner of TW will give you a quest to retake the castle and somewhere inside you'll find a chest next to a arcane enchanter. In the chest you'll find the sword.

I found the PenUmbra Daym its a beast weapon but I dont know why did it appear on the girls body I have all of the DLC's

i found the penumbra on a person when i was looking for the elder scroll it is really good 52 damage

Originally it's from The Elder Scrolls IV:Morrowind. There it's a two-handed long blade (and a person).
Umbra is an Orc warrior that holds the mighty sword, Umbra, which traps souls.

You find PenUmbra on the quest for the dragon elder scroll, I NEED to have Immersive Weapons installed for her to have it. Enchant it with soul trap for even more IMMERSION
