Alchemy Perks and Prices
Quick question: does taking the perks in the Alchemy tree that improve your potions by a certain percent lead to better prices from shops when you sell your potions?

Thanks for any and all help.

Quality = Price
Alchemy is one way to make quick money. Just be careful to keep some beneficial and offensive potions for your use if you level quickly using that skill.
Definitely, of course certain potions are very expensive all by themselves. Slow, Paralyse etc. But that perk tree without mods is very slow to build. Once you get a house use a satchel nearby the Alchemy table to store your ingredients. Then work on building your perks up in batches, get the perks that let you read up to 4 effects, or find recipes, learning an unknown effect give you a bigger jump than making a copy of the of the same potion.

Check this out:

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27142/?

It allows you to store an infinite amount of ingredients and it's portable. One of my favorite mods :)
Eventually you will get to the point as an alchemist where you can buy ALL of the ingredients from an alchemy shop and create potions that sell for more than you payed for all of the ingredients. With some time and effort, your character can get rich pretty quickly through alchemy.

For that matter: Pumping alchemy and speech/barter in parallel is very convenient. If you have the ingredients, I suggest invisibility potions. They're the most expensive of the lot and allow you to level alchemy and speechcraft the fastest.
Yeah, every time I go into an alchmist, I buy out their stock, then create a bunch of stall regain potions, fear, invisibility, paralyse etc and sell them back... it is pretty much an exploit but I've got more money than I know what to do with

"Exploit" isn't exactly the word I would use. Everything is working exactly the way it was designed.
I like to go to the college in Winterhold, because most of the mages there are merchants as well as trainers. So I take five training sessions, brew a few potions, gain a few levels in alchemy in the process, sell the potions to the trainer, get all the money I just spend on training back, gain a level or two in speechcraft in the process and finally gain a character level. Rinse and repeat. That's an exploit, I'd say :P
