INtro cart hits wall and stays

So i just bought game and wanted to know if this is a known issue that others have had. Fresh install no mods or adds jsut regular game no dlc yet or anything. In the intro i get into town and hang a right past the lil boy talkin to dad and it seems like the crats should go through the gateway there but instead the walk right up to wall next to gate and hit it and stop there but i can hear them still tryin to move and such and i cannot do anything...is known issue? win 7 64 bit nvidia 650 core i7 plenty of ram...it looks like a wierd glitch no graphical or sound problems or tearing or anythign the carts just go up toi wall side by side lol or do i just wait there for a long time?

k which one and how to get it ...i assume you can also use this patch on the steam version

Was like this for me 2. My horse was just spinning around cos he crashed into the horse in front and we wasent moving att all. i just had to restart a few times
