BUG: Halted Streams Camp

Halted Stream Camp will not reset in my game and I can't find a decent article about this bug on the web. Can anybody help me?

Or a save prior to you going to the camp the fisrt time.

I already have that. And I did save it before going to the camp. Then I reloaded after it failed to respawn, nothing seems to be working :(

you can force a reset by leaving the cell and waiting/sleeping 31 in game days or use the resetinterior <cell ID> and the purge cell buffer code pcb <cell ID> code to force a reset if its an interior cell. Theres no code to reset exterior cells that i'm aware of there some mods on nexus though that shorten the reset time.

I tried resetinterior 000047FAB but it didn't work to fix the Halted stream camp's interior cell, it's still not respawning :(
