Go to AppData\local\skyrim folder, open plugins.txt file and check if there aren't more then one "Skyrim.esm" entry. If there is more then one, please remove the lowest one in the list.

There are other possible solutions as well here.

bobczes is correct. for anyone having wetrigger issues, just go into the C:/Users/Yourusername/appdata(you will need to show hidden files)/local/skyrim/plugins.txt and remove one of the two skyrim.esm's if there is 2. installing creative kit also helps with wetriggers. :)

hi!

Well, I have the same problem, but when I enter to Appdata, I can't find any folder but one that says roaming (that has a windows folder and another folder inside, and another one, etc. and the last one is empty). I've installed Windows 10 recently, when I played with windows 7 I just needed to go to the nexus and select in the configurations reset archive invalidation, but when I tried here, it didn't work.
Can anybody at least tell me what is in the skyrim folder so I can creat it???

Follow these steps to display hidden files and folders.

Type Folder Options in the lower left search panel and click on the top bar that comes up. It will say File Explorer Options and control panel.
A window will pop open.
Click the View tab.
Check Show Hidden Files, Folders and Drives.
Click Apply and OK.
Exit the window. Reboot (not sure if it's neccessary).
Go back and see if you can now find the C:/Users/Yourusername/appdata/local/skyrim/plugins.tx Open this in Word Pad.

Oh, and do this. Check if there aren't more then one "Skyrim.esm" entry. If there is more then one, please remove the lowest one in the list.
