can't download the high res texture pack (free dlc)

It just says play game on the steam store page. It doesn't show up in the launcher.
Someone help. Or recommend an even better texture mod.

If you have good enought video card ,then go for the Skyrim Ultra Hd texture pack on Nexus

Now it wont texture everything but it sure Does look better then the free texture packs from Steam.

Yes I did, but I deleted it once, but I can't reinstall it.
