strong weapon

hey guys, im currently lvl38 and im looking for a good weapon.
atm im using mace of molog bal but i think there are some better weapons :D

You can enchant your weapons: maybe that is an idea to make a stronger weapon instead of looking for a mod as example.

The strongest 1H sword in vanilla Skyrim is Chillrend, which is kind of "hidden"; you can only get it in one of the last missions from a game faction - google "uesp Chillrend" if you want to know more. Mace of Molag Bal is a decent weapon already. If you prefer 2H weapons Volendrung is ok because even if its stats don't look stellar, Vollendrung is a 2H warhammer with the swing speed of a 2H axe.

There's one caveat: many items (Chillrend among them) have levelled stats, which means if you find them at level 25 they will be weaker than if you find them at level 46+ (the levelling cap for many items). If you are heavily into crafting then anything will do because the difference in damage output will be neglictible. I eventually choose weapons because of the looks. Also, unless you install the unoficcial Skyrim patch many named weapons (like Molag Bal) won't benefit from any smithing perks, making them terrible choices for any powergamer.

bound weps can be useful until you find something else, the bow in particular is nice
chillrend is op imo haha
without giving anything away.. most quests end up with decent rewards, they just need to be improved which you can do

Since you're using the mace of Molag Bal, I assume that you prefer one-handed weapons. In that case, may I recommend Chillrend (as stated above) and Dawnbreaker. The former is just all-around good, especially when smithed to a decent level, and the latter is very specialized at dealing with undead like draugr or vampires.

No, you cant enchat the enchanted items, but it's not weapon enchantment that makes your weapom extremely overpowered/broken, its fortify 1h/2h enchantments on your armor and jewelery.

I'm currently lvl 38 and using ebony weapons. Bow, war axe, daggers, sword, great sword.
They're decent weapons and even more lethal with enchantments. I like using firey soul trap on most, but shock, health steal and frost damage do very well in some situations.

Champion's Cudgel from Dragonborn damn that thing hurts when you get hit by it Disenchant it and then put its enchantment on a anything else and it will kill crap fast.

Both Champion's Cudgel and Miraak's are Dragonborn DLC items though. Chaos damage can be found in randomly generated weapons for sale on merchants (though it's rare), so many people don't disenchant Champion's Cudgel (myself included).

you get it by
Doing quests around Ravenrock, specifically go to the ebony mine and talk to the old man there to start a quest.

problem with the Chapion's Cudgel is that you can't upgrade it unless you use the Unofficial Dragonborn patch so its an easy one to disenchant. and you want to put the enchant on a Stalhrim weapon to get the +25% damage increase
