Touching the Sky quest bug
many people did not occur this bug but i kena this bug Gelebor wont talk to me he just simply naked lying on the floor and reload he will just squat down and i cant talk to him just stuck there for 5 hours cant pass I know that people occur bug when after the talk but my is weird someone pls help me

PC 360 The final objective to "Retrieve Auriel's Bow" may not properly register as completed as it should, even after picking it up. A message signifying the quest's completion will still turn up, though the game ceases to progress after that. Neither Serana nor Gelebor will have proper dialogue options, and the following quest "Kindred Judgment" does not begin.
PC Solution: use the console command setstage DLC1VQ07 200.

Dudes... actually i solve it. If you use the command console and click on Gelebor then use the command ressurect.. it does the trick.. also... all of the priest of the Quest are just the same.. but if you do the same thing it will let you continue

1. Open console. See your key-mapping from below:
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Console

2. Type the command that MageThis gave you:
DLC1VQ07 200

3. Proceed with the quest.

okk you open the command console.. with the pointer (mouse) you click on Gelebor and then on the command console you write.. resurrect. then close the console and that's it. Gelebor should be up and ready to talk with u
