To buy or not to buy
okay so I have a problem to buy this because of the capability of modding or let it be, see I have skyrim for xbox 360 but I found it boring now (it was awesome when I first played it). so I need some Pro's and con's to buy it or not

The graphical mods are absolutely intense when coupled with ENB's (and the other mods are kinda neat too). But ultimately it's going to come down to two things:

A) Would you enjoy the game from the very begining again with all that Skyrim offers (That includes the 'grinding' of some skills).

B) Do you have a computer powerful enough to run enough of the graphical mods that you'll enjoy/want.

I had bought it after looking at the graphical mods and considering I had a competent laptop rig to run the mods. I owned it on the PS3 and the performance/optimization was so poor it was worth the repurchase for me.

if you do buy it be careful with the mods make sure they are in the correct order and they don't conflict with other mods

Also try to get mods only from the Nexus. While the workshop is nice I've been told that unsubscribing from a mod does not remove it from your game; while the Nexus Mod Manager will. It'll make it easier when you mix and match mods or find incompatabilities.

for some reason the "thats all I needed to hear " part is trpapped in the bubble
also the "can it run" lab website says its below minimum, but they lie sometimes, I can play Half-Life 2 fine, tf2 fine, HLF2 Fake factory fine, I can even play Dragon age Origins on high(even on very high graphics but that lags up a bit) and New vegas though.... NV I think was a medium or high, not very high mode....I should check online for "Medium" graphics first for skyrim, my friend said anything BUT Very High looks like child's art

You might have some serious trouble with graphical mods then unless they are minor changes.

You could also just post your specs and we'd get a better idea of how strong your machine is.

But sometimes it's true that you can run things on a machine that you're told you couldn't. I don't have the recommended processor for RealVision ENB (3.0 Ghz) but I run it almost perfectly (some stuttering and frameloss that I can mind though).

Just buy it, its really cheap right now especially if you get the legendary version which comes with all dlc and its like 10 dollars more than the normal version, plus its massively fun when you have a bunch of mods and stuff, 9.5 out of 10 in my opinion
nuuu what if you hack my computer from my specs
jk jk, okay In a sex(yes sex)

Didn't need all that info, just the OS, Processor, memory, and GPU probably would have been fine. I'd delete the other stuff since its just clutter (and I dont know what anyone else can do with it).

I'm assuming "Memory" is RAM, though I don't see the GPU there (maybe I'm missing it).

You may want to pass on seriously game changing graphical mods.

low detail graphics look the same as ultra execpt the fog

At least for Skyrim, the higher you go graphically the more Anti-Aliasing and other such graphical systems will be active and working. That will stress out your system. But you can disable them manually.
