Ok so when i had to do the hired musles mission to brawl with gurder but when i punched her the first time she did not fought back the second time i punched her i got a bountie on me am i doing somthing wrong please help me

Did you talk to them and let them initiate the brawl? You can't just walk up to someone and punch them in the face. Well maybe in Skyrim you can cuz they are pretty laid back with a lot of things but still that is rude lol.

If you did talk to them first maybe the game is lagging? Many mods with a lot of scripts?

no my was working fine um i talk to her and she said lets fight and i punched her if a start a new
game will that fix it ?

A new game might fix it but it would probably be easier to load up an earlier save and redo that quest. Are you using any mods? If so you might want to disable them and see if the same thing happens. If it doesn't happen when you have no mods loaded then you know you have a mod conflict.

If you are not using any mods then I am not sure what it could be.

the only mods that i use is weapons,followers,weapons,better breezehome,and better horse

I am guessing the most likely culprit would be a follower mod as they sometimes change dialogue options and quests. I would try disabling the follower mod before retrying that quest. No point in doing that though unless you have a save with that quest already given to you so that you can test and see if that is what is causing the problem.

If you don't have a save with that quest already given to you then you could be given a quest in which you have to brawl with someone else as you are not always given the same quests.

You also might want to consider using the unofficial skyrim patch which fixes a lot of bugs. I wish I had a better answer for you but maybe someone else would have a better idea of what is going on.

the only follower mod i have is the deathstroke follower and thanks for helping me on trying to fix this im ganna start a new game

Well if you don't have an earlier save and are not far into the game then you could start a new game. If you are given another brawl quest make a save atfer being given the quest. It could be a one time event where the game just acted weird.

If it happens again and you have a save then you do some tests at least and see if it is a mod conflict. Maybe you just need to verify the game cache for Skyrim. It is hard to say for sure.
