screen flickering

just bought the legendary editon and when i play fullscreen the game is flickering like crazy so icant even see anything whats going on on the screen...i cant even choose to run it with my amd graphics...it only says intel hd 4000 on the graphics option on the game settings ....help pls?

Next time type DxDiag in the Start menu to get your PC specs.
Otherwise, it is your graphics card ...plus perhaps your other specs.
Depending on your CPU you might be able to run it at lower resolution and lower graphic settings.

Yep same for me. If you happen of had got windows 8.1 then that is probably the problem. For me ever since iI downloaded windows 8.1 all bethesda games do this. BUT, there was a simple solution for the others by just going to there exe files clicking then right clicking and going to properties and then to compatiblility and changing it to windows 8. You can also check the colors thing box right below it which also worked for me. Yet skyrim is the only one that will not fix and I can tell you it is probably not graphics card because it use to work just fine until windows 8.1.
