You, sir, appear to be trapped in what is referred to as 'support hell'. This happens frequently with many publishers on Steam. Unfortunately there is very little that you can do at this point. I am sure that this is no comfort at all, and for that I am sorry.

I just want my dlcs to work.
I understand, and empathize with your plight. I am sorry that I had no more comforting answer to give. Neither company handles support well. Valve is especially poor.

Well, so far, Steam hasn't been that bad with me when it came to discussion.
Try that, but be careful with the sensitive cases:

Steam being your seller, Steam should provide you with the product in working condition. Same for Clouds, which is a Steam option. There is an option at some point on the support page: instead of addressing your ticket for a specific game you're being offered to select some Steam button. Maybe that's the way to go.
It was for me.
Also check your Steam properties.

sounds kinda like when you asked your parents something your Dad would say ask your mother then when you ask her she would say go ask your dad its classic misdirection neither wants to give you an answer so they keep you running around in circles.

I hate to admit anything for being french but Steam always answered me within a few days, in a very positive way.

well I hate to bring this didcussion up but from reading these forums it seems like a lot has changed after the whole paid mod thing like you can detect a certain bitterness in some of the discussions and im wondering if it has also affected thier adittude towards customer service.

No. Bethesda has always been like this.

You also fail to mention that curated Workshop was not killed only because of community, but because it's technical solutions were poorly thought and failed. It was not just our attitude, but also their own technical solutions that brought curated Workshop down.

Huh?

Could you elaborate on what your actual problem is? It sounds like you're thinking your game doesn't have any DLC installed, but what exactly is making you think that? Where is it missing from? Where have you looked for it?

Ok I guess this isnt clear they just are not working with my old save. The literally don't show up in game. the dawnguard castle is gone the entire island of solsteim and my houses.

What has that got to do with anything involving fixing my dlcs I didn't come here to bash the sustomer service honestly I was hoping more educated people would help me figure out my problem so I can use my save to enjoy my dlcs again..

When you say "old save", do you mean that you can still get that content to show up if you're not using those particular saves?

How are you launching the game? Just through Steam, or via a mod manager, or SKSE, or...?
InsanelyUnstable May 26, 2015 @ 5:30pm
I've tried to Skse and steam. I have asave from the steam cloud. The last time I played this game i beat everything and I just wanted to mess around in my save but I don't have any of my cool stuff! Because they were all in my dlcs houses and I have not completed the entire island of solsteim.

Start the game from Steam, which should take you to Skyrim's own launcher. On the list of options should be a "data" entry.

After selecting that, you'll see a list of installed mods - the DLC, which are treated by the game as mods, should be listed there. If so, are they ticked? If they're present but unticked, try selecting them and giving it another go.
