CREATION KIT-Large parts of my mod dissapear untill i get close to them???

Hey all fairly new to modding, i am currently tweaking an existing mod, ive added some new rooms in the same cell however there seems to be a line where large parts of my mod dissapear untill i am directly ontop of them then they reappear but the part that i was stepping on previously has no dissapeared.

For instance. In the CK i have a bedroom everything appears in the CK just fine, when i enter the bedroom in game however half of the bedroom in grey like an empty cell, when i step on that empty cell the rest of the room appears, but the previous half of the bedroom is now grey untill i step on it, vice versa. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Read up on Room Bounds and Portals and incorporate them in to the design of your mod, If you're seeing too much at once not all of it will be rendered. :-)

CK > View > Show/Hide Window > tick boxes marked Occlusion Planes and Portals and Rooms
