Re-Unfixed Invisible beast of annoyance

I've been being stalked by an invisible beast that makes odd noises and is an annoying barrier and detriment to stealth. i thought it was a shinigami from Deathnote, but after removing the mod it's still there. It creats a wake point in the water, bumps into my character, but I can't seem to be rid of it. Any ideas/solutions/console commands to remove followers?

UPDATE: The beast has a name, it's called "The Hound" but I can't talk to or interact with it, and it still is invisible
