Mods and a r9 290x

I was wondering if someone had a good looking skyrim with constant 60fps (can dip below in crittical places) with a r9 290x and if so which mods do you use. I have now been messing around with mods for a week now and i'm starting to lose patience. No ENB. Texture, flora, weather, ini tweaks.

OH and with the nexus MM,

please a 290x will eat everything you throw at it I have a 280x and it kills games like BF4 Crysis 3 etc. The mods aren't cutting edge, it just makes the game look better. You will be fine.

I'm not worried i tried and got bad results and even myself i was thinking the r9 could do the job. Even with just realvision ENB installed i got between 30 and 60fps.

could be a million reasons why you dip in fps, so don't automatically assume it's the card since obviously your knowledge on the subject is questionable yourself

Dont assume i didn't search on the subject if you look at my profille and more precisely et the time i played you will see that it's been 15 hours and i can tell you most of these have been testing running around to see the changes i've made. I was just asking if someone had a good stable runing beautifull skyrim i could try out a mods list ini tweeks thats all. So dont tell me to go chassing answers around on the web cause i'm doing it here.
