Steam dont download Mods.
Hi always if i wanna donwload/subscribe Mods Steam didnt download them.

So well if you mean with ''let the items "syncronize" ''
Right klick on Skyrim -> Properties -> Syncronize
Its says '' 1 missing file''
And then it downloads the file and when ithen start Skyrim it resets my Options but it dosent fix the thing with the mods

I think he meant just open the Skyrim launcher.

When you click play, your skyrim will open and steam will load any new mods and also will up-date any other mods that have up-dates for them. just give steam afew moments to do it's thingy. watch the bottom of the page.

click on : Browse the workshop, go to 'subscribed items' and see if they are in there-if not, resubscribe to the mods...

jeah tried that already did not fix the problem
I already restart my PC / Steam also
