Should I buy it for the PC and is there any perks of having it for the PC

I own i on both and i favor the PC bc i can have the game better looking than it does on the 360 plus there are allways mods on the PC which if used correctly can be awesome.

pc definitely 1. graphics are better 2. mods 3. more mods.

definately pc if possible, through steam. Makes everything easier and you can use the workshop to get mods

I highly recommend to buy it for PC because you'll have the option to download lots of awesome mods for it. Check out the Steam Workshop or SkyrimNexus.com

There are so many I can't list here.But...a decent lighting mod like "Enhanced Lights and FX" for example, together with "Climates of Tamriel" looks pretty sweet. Check out Top Files on the SkyrimNexus

There is a build your own house mod that came out before Hearthfire. I also reccomend checking out a modding guide. Project S.T.E.P or the /tesg/ website.

I have like 150 mods at this point, so many I can't even keep track of them. I really need to delete some of the more worthless ones, but hell if I care.
For essential mods, you are going to want with basically no exceptions:
SKSE
Scoped Bows
Convient Horses
SkyUI
IHud
Third Person Aiming Fix (Seriously, in Vanilla it's offcenter by a stupid amount)
And... uh... like 10 other mods I can't remember.
Oh right, A Better Quality World Map.
9 more mods I don't remember?
