This mod has ESP file, so it would show in the load order.

Workshop is messed up, after another unwise update. It has been so for weeks now.

This mod can be found from Nexus, so I recommend that you remove Workshop subscription and use Nexus version instead.

NMM is messed up too . (at least for me)
it sort the plugin in alphabetic order (and dont give a smurf about the .esm and .esp order) as same it uncheck all the mod if you open the skyrim launcher after.
if you install an mod with NMM, i highly recommend you to use LOOT just after for reorganize your mod load order and not get "unchecked" mods. after only you can open the skyrim launcher for be sure the mods is checked/activate

just an advice in case your NMM is broken like mine.

NMM is not broken. It is a mod manager, not a load order tool. It will allow you easilly download and manage files trough it, but sorting has to be done manually, or with LOOT.

Or, at least this was a case when I last used it. I moved to Mod Organizer last summer and haven't looked back. I haven't read that NMM would now have any realiable sorting tool added to it, at least not in to the current version.

old version didnt sort the plugin by alphabetic order, but by NMM download time order (last downloaded mod always appear at end of the list, except the .esm was always good placed before the .esp)

like i say, maybe its just me. but i just say in case somebody else have this problem

I take that you do not speak about the Plugins view? That would be the one displaying the actual load order. Other view is just a mod list and you should be (iirc) able to configure it as you wish.

I should actually download and install new NMM to test few things out. Not that I care to, but writing technical instructions gets hard, if my memory drags few releases behind. :)

i got the new one . but in anyway i m gonna quit NMM and go modmanager, + most of the time i take workshop mods or install manually ( NMM just for lazy time)

For steam workshop mods, I found a way to resolve it, might not be the best but it worked for me. Goto your subscribed mods and unsub then resub ( best done in a browser ) after I did that steam redownloaded the mods and listed them properly I just had to reactivate them
