Subscribed mods won't register

Ever since the pacthes my subscribed mods won't subscribe, I've manually unsubbed and resubbed them all. But everytime I load and look at data files, it lists them as unsubbed, Is this an issue now?

I had the same problem. I had to go into workshop, chose Browse, chose Subscribed and unsub them there one at a time and then resub them all again. Then start game and check data files to make sure they were checked.
