Skyrim is Extremely Choppy [Resolved]
The game is being choppy to the point where it's unplayable. Strangely, it still says I'm getting 60fps on Ultra

Specs:
AMD FX-8120 (Eight-Core) 3.1 GHz
AMD Radeon Dual-X R9 270x 4.1GB
8.2 GB RAM
1920x1080p (Running on 2560x1080p monitor)

hmm what are you running on mods and enb? Did you try to lower the graphics to high to see if it's gone?

I disabled all my mods and lowering graphics didn't do anything.

On a side note, the game had been working fine prior to today.
Try deleting your Skyrim and Skyrim prefs .ini files then restart the game through Steam to recreate them. See if the choppyness stops with new ones. I want to see if it helps.
(I have reason to suspect it might)

Just curious, was getting some funky behavior with Paralells 10 until I reinstalled the tools.

Back to my corner!

As an update everything is being either choppy, or going extremely fast on any game I try

Did you remove the old version of CCC before updating to the new one?

Fixed everything - I disabled CPU OverDrive in the Catalyst Control Center.

Cheers for the help, everyone. I appreciate it ^_^
