Mod to remove level scaling on reward weapons/armor?

What do you mean by 'remove'. Do you only want the top tier reward?

Closest I know of is Complete Crafting Overhaul.

One of the options is to auto-level the weapons with you. Meaning you'll still get the level appropriate reward, but as you level it will be upgraded as you hit each level tier.

Yes, there is a mod to do that. I've been researching mods on Nexus and I remember seeing that. Unfortunately, I've been sifting through hundreds of mods and can't tell you what the name is.

Well i've never seen a mod that can remove level scaling on items, but i have seen two mod's that allows you improve the level of said items. Bascially items like chillrend are leveled at certain qualities when you find them. AT level 10 chillrend will no doubt suck, but wait! With this mod you can improve that item to your level.

Found chillrend at level 10 and you are now level 30?
with this mod you can improve chillrend to the highest tier closest to your level, it also overhauls crafting though. It requires you go into the MCM menu to upgrade items.

Upgrade leveled items by using a spell. I've never used this mod so read description on how to get/use spell to upgrade leveled items in your inventory.
